Hate hills? You’re not alone, but avoiding them won’t make you a stronger runner. Hills are like speed training in disguise, they build strength, power, and endurance.

The key is in your approach. Shorten your stride, keep your chest lifted, and pump your arms to maintain momentum. Focus on steady effort rather than speed—slow and consistent wins the climb.

On the way down, control your descent by leaning slightly forward and avoiding over-striding to protect your knees.

Incorporate hills into your weekly routine to see noticeable improvements in your overall running performance. Conquer the hills, and you’ll conquer any course!

At 68 years old, Enedina Modesta Pérez proved that determination knows no limits. During the Maratón del Meridiano 2023 in El Hierro, she was the oldest participant to complete the challenging race 🏅

Despite suffering a fall that left her with a bruised face, Enedina refused to give up. She pushed forward, crossing the finish line with unwavering resilience and inspiring everyone around her. 👏

Her story is a powerful reminder that passion and perseverance can overcome any obstacle at any age!
