Those who take the International Taekwondo Master Course and pass only will be certified and licensed International Taekwondo Master. Kukkiwon Dan Certificate is NOT a Taekwondo Instructor License and NOT certified as an International Taekwondo Instructor or Master. It's ONLY a Blackbelt Rank international certification.
