Philippine Kabaddi Federation asam ang SEA Games 2027 excellent finish

By Gab Ferreras

We were able to grab the opportunity na buhayin ang sport. At in the past few months, inimbitahan kami ng mga officials ng Southeast Asian Kabaddi Federation. They were here to certify coaches to become Level 1 coaches ng International Federation,” Lazaro said.

“Bilang bagong sport na narito, we are in the process of building up the NSA. We want to make this bigger—not only at the SEA Games level or internationally—but also by continuing the grassroots programs being promoted by the Philippine Olympic Committee. We want to introduce it to schools and hopefully have it included in collegiate leagues. It may be an ambitious dream, but we are working to discover more athletes for the future of Philippine kabaddi,”, wika ni Lazaro sa forum na sinuportahan ng PSC, Pocari Sweat at Behrouz Persian Cuisine.

Itong sport na ito doesn't require a lot of equipment—mat lang at indoor. Talagang katawan ang gagamitin at knowledge of the game,” huling sambit niya.

Kasama ni Lazaro sa forum sina Deputy Secretary General Krizza Martin, Coach Neil James Abong, at national team players Karl Daluz, Patricia Francisco, Mykee Jimenez, at Arjay Torniado.
