If you're building a team, don't look for people who simply agree with you. Look for people who will challenge your thinking, sharpen your ideas, and make the entire team stronger.

Your leadership is measured not by how much you can do alone, but by how many people become better because you chose to lead with humility and trust.

🌱 Pride has a subtle way of convincing us that we don't need anyone—not God, not advice, not correction, not even growth.

Humility does the exact opposite.

It reminds us that there's always something to learn, someone to appreciate, and another step we can take to become better than we were yesterday.

Ironically, the strongest leaders are often the most teachable. They listen more than they speak. They celebrate others instead of competing with them. They aren't afraid to admit when they're wrong because they know that growth is more valuable than looking perfect.

The higher we climb, the more important humility becomes.

May we never become so successful that we stop being grateful.
May we never become so experienced that we stop learning.
And may we never become so influential that we forget the One who gave us every opportunity.

Choose humility. It will take you farther than pride ever can. 💜

Keep going anyway.

What should a family have? Grace.

A grace-filled family doesn't mean it's made up of perfect people. It means there is compassion and kindness, being easily forgiving of mistakes.

One of the most sobering realizations in life is that it is possible to be successful and still miss what matters most.

We can spend years climbing ladders, collecting achievements, building businesses, gaining recognition, and checking off goals—only to discover that some of the things we pursued so passionately were never the things that would truly satisfy us.

Now the question becomes: Am I investing my time in things that will still matter in eternity?

Success is not just about reaching the top.

It's about reaching the right destination.

I pray we may have the wisdom to know the difference.

How they cared for people, how they handled pressure, how they acted, how they remained true to their values.

Success can open doors, but it's still about our character

The older I get, the more I realize that the things we spend so much time chasing are often not the things that matter most.

Money is important, Health is precious.
But our character is what truly gives value to everything else.

That's why character isn't just something we have.
It's something we build, one decision at a time.
