We the Siaton Dinker’s Club and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion I Siaton regret to announce of the cancellation of the tournament for the Advance Beginners Category. The unfortunate decision was made through the following reasons below:

1. The insufficient entries for the category only reached less than 50% of the target maximum slots in which proceeding with a limited number of participants would compromise the overall quality, competitiveness, and fairness of the tournament experience that the organizers aim to provide.
2. The venue for the tournament will continue its major construction operations.
3. Rescheduling any further will compromise the prior commitments and responsibilities of the organizers, SK council, referees, and especially for the players.
4. Several major pickleball tournaments are scheduled in the coming weeks, which may significantly affect player availability and participation, making it difficult to achieve a competitive and balanced tournament.
5. The organizers are committed to ensuring that all participants receive a well-organized and worthwhile tournament experience. Holding the event under the current circumstances would not meet the standards of quality and sportsmanship expected by both the organizers and players.
6. In consideration of the financial resources, logistics, and manpower required to conduct the event, proceeding with the tournament despite the low turnout would not be practical and could affect the successful delivery of future tournaments and community sports programs.

After careful deliberation, the organizing committee determined that cancellation is the most appropriate course of action to preserve the credibility and quality of future tournaments.

All registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. The organizing committee will contact each registered player regarding the refund process. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we complete the refunds.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of the Siaton Dinker’s Club and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion I, Siaton. We look forward to seeing everyone in our future tournaments and community pickleball events.
