The successful 1st Anniversary Celebration of the Ilocos Sur Deaf Sports Club is a wonderful milestone for our Deaf community in Ilocos Sur. It marks one year of dedication, unity, inclusivity, and empowerment through sports.

We are grateful to all members, supporters, families, and partners who have contributed to this achievement. May we continue to grow stronger together, promote Deaf awareness, and inspire more people through sports and community service.

Celebrating the 48th National Disability Rights Week
July 17–23, 2026

Theme: "Rights First, Legislation Forward: Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development"

The Ilocos Sur Deaf Sports Club (ISDSC) proudly joins the celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week by promoting the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of the Deaf community through Filipino Sign Language (FSL).

This celebration reminds us of the importance of ensuring equal opportunities, accessibility, and the full participation of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in every aspect of society. Together, we can build a more inclusive community where every person is respected, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Let us continue to recognize, protect, and uphold the rights of the Deaf community, ensuring that their voices are heard, respected, and included in nation-building.
