Training today with a young athlete representing Santa Ignacia North Central for the upcoming Provincial Meet.

I always place strong attention on proper form. I give great emphasis on forehand and backhand techniques which should be shaped through clean preparation, solid contact, and smooth follow-through.

Footwork drills will help him learn how to set his body before each swing, giving him better balance and clearer direction. With these foundations in place, our young athlete will understand the value of sound technique.
