📌 DIVISIONS (Age Limit):
🔹 Midget Division – 18 years old & under
🔹 Junior Division – 19–30 years old
🔹 Senior Division – 31 years old & up
💰 Registration Fee: ₱3,000
💵 Cash Bond: ₱2,000
🏆 MVP Award: ₱1,000 + Trophy
🏀 Playing Fee: ₱600 per game
👥 Maximum of 15 players per team
🎉 CASH PRIZES:
🥇 Champion – ₱5,000
🥈 1st Place – ₱3,000
🥉 2nd Place – ₱2,000
(Cash prizes may increase depending on total teams joined.)
👑 All teams must have a Muse (18 years old & above)(Opening of the game March14)

📋 LINE-UP SUBMISSION & SCREENING PROCEDURES
All participating teams must strictly comply with the following requirements:
1️⃣ Submission of Official Line-Up (maximum of 15 players).
2️⃣ Mandatory screening, checking, and validation prior to approval.
3️⃣ Each player must present:
• Valid Identification Card (ID)
• Birth Certificate (for age verification)
4️⃣ Signing of Waiver Form by all players.
5️⃣ Formal agreement to abide by all league rules and regulations.
Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in disqualification.
