Beyond the Miles 3: HYROX Beginners’ Class 💥
One of the things we love most about this community is being able to explore movement beyond running. Every Beyond the Miles session gives us the opportunity to step into a new environment, learn a new skill, and challenge ourselves in ways we normally wouldn’t.
This time, we traded easy miles for wall balls, burpees, and functional fitness stations as we took on our first HYROX Beginners’ Class. It was unfamiliar, challenging, and a little intimidating at first, but that’s exactly why we loved it.
A huge thank you to and its coaches for creating such a welcoming environment and helping us navigate every station with confidence. And of course, thank you to , our official hydration partner, for keeping everyone hydrated throughout the workout. The session was tough, and having B’LUE on hand helped our members stay refreshed while taking on a whole new challenge 💙💧
To everyone who joined, thank you for saying yes to something outside your comfort zone. We hope you discovered that you’re capable of more than you think.
We’ve tried volleyball. We’ve done HYROX. Now, we wonder what sport with a little paddle might be next... 👀🥒
