How I Got My First Private Students as an ESL Teacher 💬📚

Back in 2019, my first ESL company used QQ as a backup classroom and meeting room. If you're familiar with the app, you know that you can directly connect with students through their personal accounts.

What the company didn’t realize was that parents could easily message teachers to talk about private lessons for their kids and teachers were free to respond openly. That’s where it all started for me.

Through QQ, I received messages from interested parents, and slowly I began building my own group of private students. Most of them came from referrals and recommendations one happy parent led to another!

It just shows that sometimes, opportunities come when you least expect them. 🌟
