Sa bawat training session, unti-unti nilang natututunan ang tamang basic commands, blocking, kicking, at punching techniques habang pinapalakas din ang kanilang disiplina, respeto, at kumpiyansa sa sarili.

Bagamat nagsisimula pa lamang, ipinapakita nila ang dedikasyon at eagerness na mas matuto at mas mapabuti ang kanilang kakayahan araw-araw.
