Numbers Don’t Lie
We’ve seen plenty of cases where riders buy the same frame size across different brands and end up with a bike that’s either too big or too small.
Frame sizing today isn’t standardized. A size 52 from one manufacturer can fit very differently from a size 52 from another. In fact, if you look closely, there’s often nothing on the frame that actually measures 52 cm anymore. 🤷
The same goes for letter sizing—an XS from one brand could easily fit like a Small from another.
That’s why it’s always worth looking beyond the size sticker and consulting the geometry charts provided by the manufacturer. The numbers tell a much more accurate story than the label on the frame.
A little research before buying can save a lot of money, frustration, and fit adjustments later on.
