Build Endurance Like a Champion

📍 For new riders and dreamers who are ready to go longer, stronger, and deeper.

1. Endurance is not just about riding long — it’s about holding your rhythm when others break.

The body gets stronger. But the soul becomes unshakable.

2. Start with 3 rides a week. One of them should be your “Endurance Ride.”
Ride 60–90 minutes at a steady, talkable pace. Stay calm. Breathe deeply.

3. Increase your long ride by 10–15 minutes each week.
Endurance is built slowly, like trust. Don’t rush. Respect your body’s timing.

4. Do this prayer before every ride:
“God, expand my capacity. Let this ride be a training not just for the legs, but for my heart, my mind, and my soul.”

5. Eat before you’re hungry. Drink before you’re thirsty.
This is not just training your body — it is training your ability to listen.

6. Rest is sacred. Without rest, there is no adaptation. Without adaptation, there is no growth.
Your rest day is as holy as your training day.
