My 2nd competition this year here at Batangas City Fitness and Bodybuilding Cup, just one week after my previous competition at the IFBB Nationals 2026, held last Sunday at Palacio de Manila.
Once again, I didn’t win, pero sobrang grateful and honored to have been called out 2x on stage in the Classic Physique Category. More importantly, I received feedbacks from other athletes, teammates and coaches, na nakapansin ng conditioning ko yesterday and was significantly better compared to my last competition.
For me, every competition is another opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Winning isn’t always about taking home a trophy. Sometimes, it’s about seeing progress, learning from every experience, and pushing yourself to become better than you were before.
Now, we’re 3 weeks out from the next one.
