📣 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓
Hi everyone,
We hope you’re all doing well. This isn’t easy to write, but we owe it to you to be honest and transparent about what’s been happening.
Sadly, 𝐏𝐒𝐏 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. The branch has lost power due to unpaid bills—including electricity, water, internet, and rent—that have been left unsettled for over two months. Despite our hope and efforts, 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 regarding how to move forward.
We’ve stayed hopeful for as long as we could—waiting, praying, and continuing to show up, believing things would be resolved. But with the current situation and still no action plan from those in charge, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐲.
This has been heartbreaking for us, the staff. For two months now, 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, despite being promised multiple release dates. Communication from management has been minimal, and the silence has made everything so much harder. Still, we chose to stay and serve because we genuinely care about all of you. This community means so much to us.

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝:
All transactions were processed directly through PSP’s system—not by us. Only PSP’s management has the authority to cancel or refund those payments by coordinating with their bank. If nothing is resolved, you may file a formal complaint with the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 (𝐃𝐓𝐈).
𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫:
Please know that even if you handed your payment to us in person, everything went directly to PSP’s account, not ours. While refunds are less likely in this case, you may still file a complaint with the DTI.
