If we are defined by our mistakes then all of humanity must have been doomed since the time of the ancients. But we all know IT DOESN"T DEFINE US many of our most beloved inventions are actually born out of mistakes. Take the case of the pacemaker, it was invented because a guy placed the wrong parts but look how it saved lives.
Often our mistakes lead to wonderful things. That's why don't ever be hard on yourself who knows the next mistake you make is the one to bring you your big breakthrough.
Again, your mistakes don't mean you will be a failure for life.
