Happy birthday to our boy Jaycone! 🥳💪

Bodybuilder in the gym, solid center on the field, and somehow still has energy to bother everyone 😂 Keep getting those gains and keep smashing tackles bro. More birthdays, more muscles, more tries, and hopefully less injuries. 🏉💚💛

Happy 31st Birthday, Vincent Palis. The first MVP of the team. They say rugby players get better with age... or maybe that’s just the time it takes to sprint back into defense. Enjoy your special day, mate!
