PLARIDEL STRIDERS RUNNING COMMUNITY - 1ST COMMUNITY RUN.

As a growing running community, we are committed to creating a space where everyone — from beginners to competitive runners — feels supported, motivated, and empowered to improve.

Join us for our Community Run!
📍 Starting Point: Plaridel Sports Oval
NO REGISTRATION FEE
⏰ Call Time: FEBRUARY 21, 2026—SATURDAY, 5:00 AM

We have designated pacers to guide you:

🔥Sub-25 – For competitive runners aiming for a strong, fast pace (approx. 5:00 min/km or faster for 5K).
⚡ Sub-30 – For intermediate runners targeting a steady and challenging pace (around 6:00 min/km for 5K).
💪 Sub-40 – For beginners or easy-paced runners focusing on endurance and consistency (around 8:00 min/km for 5K).

You may also run at your own pace — whether you’re training, building endurance, or just enjoying the run. Everyone is welcome!
