A body of a man who is already in the advanced stage of decomposition was found hanging with a rope around his neck in Barangay Bogtongbod, Clarin, Bohol this morning.
In the crime scene, identification cards were recovered in the place named Arnel Dagatan Albit, from Matalom, Leyte.
According to PLT. Amado Amba, chief of Clarin PNP, the victim has been dead for more than a month and because of the clutter, half of the body was already cut. A resident of the area found it while logging but it absorbed the smell of a Dead body where approximately 30 to 50 meters distance to the Road it was situated.
Clarin PNP investigation into this is still ongoing.
