π Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Intelligence
βͺ Assess market potential and develop strategic plans for short- and long-term growth
βͺ Monitor, research, and analyze the local sport & lifestyle market
βͺ Identify opportunities and threats to ensure sustainable business development
βͺ Develop new partnerships and strengthen market pe*******on in the Philippines
2. Client & Account Management
βͺ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, retail partners, and accounts
βͺ Customize solutions based on client needs and industry dynamics
βͺ Negotiate trade terms and ensure compliance with agreements
3. Sales Strategy & Ex*****on
βͺ Design and execute a data-driven sales strategy aligned with EMERSβ global goals
βͺ Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive planning and ex*****on
4. Brand Marketing & Campaigns
βͺ Collaborate with EMERS HQβs marketing team to launch targeted brand campaigns in the Philippines
βͺ Ensure all brand initiatives remain consistent with company values and identity
5. Reporting & Business Analysis
βͺ Prepare regular performance reports, market feedback summaries, and sales forecasts
βͺ Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decisions

Qualifications & Profile
β Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in the Fashion, Sport, or Golf Industry
β Deep knowledge of the Philippine retail and wholesale landscape
β Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing market presence
β Excellent English communication (oral and written)
β Strong skills in brand management, negotiation, analytics, and strategic thinking
β Creative, consumer-focused, and highly driven
β Open to frequent domestic and international travel
β Preferred: Familiarity with bazaars, inventory liquidation, and stock clearance strategies for outlets or discount retail channels
