Day 2 of NULympics 2026 raised the intensity as Nationalian athletes and players battled it out across Basketball 5x5 and 3x3, Men’s and Women’s Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, and Mobile Legends. From fast-paced rallies and hard-fought court battles to strategic plays in esports, every match reflected the passion, teamwork, and competitive spirit of true champions.

As rivalries grow stronger and school pride continues to shine, the journey toward victory moves forward in this celebration of Champions in Motion. 🔥

The first day of NULympics 2026 competitive games brought excitement and intensity as Nationalian athletes showcased their talent and determination in Men’s and Women’s Basketball 3x3, Men’s Basketball 5x5, Men’s and Women’s Chess, and Men’s Volleyball. Representing their respective schools with pride and passion, the players demonstrated teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in every match as the journey toward championship glory officially began.

Action continues today as more games and rivalries unfold in this year’s celebration of Champions in Motion.

𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜 | NU Clark officially opened the NUlympics 2026 with a vibrant parade and grand opening ceremony at the Sports Complex, bringing together students from SEAS, SEAT, SABM, and SHS under the theme “Champions in Motion: Strength, Spirit, and Solidarity.”

The energy continued as candidates for Mr. and Ms. NUlympics 2026 took center stage, showcasing confidence, sportsmanship, and school pride through their sportswear and production segments in a night that celebrated both athleticism and unity.

𝗡𝗨𝗟𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗦 | NUlympics 2026 Day 1 delivered nonstop action as schools battled it out across basketball, volleyball, chess, and table tennis events at the Sports Complex.

SEAT opened strong in the 3x3 basketball games, defeating SEAS 12-6 in the men’s division and dominating 14-3 in the women’s division. SHS then showcased its championship composure after escaping SEAS in a close 34-32 thriller in the 5x5 matchup. SABM also pulled off a huge comeback victory against SEAT in the men’s 5x5 basketball game.

In volleyball, SEAS captured its first men’s volleyball win against SHS with scores of 19-25, 25-19, and 25-18 behind explosive plays from Dominic Gasmin. SEAT also secured a hard-fought victory over SABM in Game 2, finishing with 24-26, 25-22, and 25-18 sets.

Table tennis matches featured standout performances from Clarison Velasco of SABM, Kenzo Mendoza of SHS, and Jed Lapitan of SEAS, while chess competitors from SHS, SABM, SEAT, and SEAS faced off during Round 2 at the Library Resource Center.

From comeback wins to close finishes, Day 1 of NUlympics 2026 set the tone for an intense week of competition and school pride.
