Try this whole body dumbbell complex and build that strenght and endurance.Each sets include:- 5 dumbbell swing- 5 rows- 5 sn**ch: Do the other side before proceeding with the leg exercises- 5 each side of side step squat- 5 narrow width squatTry to do atleast 5 sets of this with 3 minutes rest in between set.
