These are power exercises and can be done for 2-3sets for about 5-8 reps each. 1) Push Press(4kg), 2) Kettlebell Swing (25kg), 3) Single arm swing (20kg).

Finally a win for the Philippines!
For the people bashing and hating some of the members of team Philippines, have you ever even tried to hit the gym, give at least 70-80% of your maximum limit, or simply push yourselves to lift some proper weights? I bet not. Cozโ€™ if you do, you would appreciate them and their efforts. They earned their spot in the roster and you did not.

Besides, itโ€™s a game. Anything can happen.
