An update on the estimated completion time of the repair will be given soon.

ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️‼️

A maintenance shutdown will be conducted tomorrow January 14, 2025, Tuesday WHOLE DAY.

This is to give way for cleaning of RCP, cleaning of dam due to heavy mud, replacement of 2 defective lightning arrester and preventive maintenance of pumps.

Water operations will resume on the next day, January 15, 2025, Wednesday.

We encourage everyone to stock enough water for your use.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continuous support!

Please be advised that as of 5:00 pm yesterday we have resumed our operation at plant site however due to high turbidity we cannot process large amount of clean water.

The plant site is now running and we will extend it until 9:00 PM tonight. Please be advised of the following schedule today:

Phase 1 consumers- 12nn to 5pm
(Zones 1,2,5,6,7,10 and portion of Zone 8-right side facing CDO)

Phase 2 consumers- 5pm to 9pm
(Zones 3,4,9,11,12 and portion of Zone 8-SDA church area)

PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR THE WATER PRESSURE TO BUILD-UP before it will be available in your service connection especially the elevated areas.

Due to heavy rain that was experienced last night our water source was flooded and mud stock-up in our intake area, as a result of water interruption today January 11, 2025.

As of the moment our maintenance staff is cleaning the water source to reduce the mud build up.

Please be informed that one of our pumps at the plant site in the Sinai area has malfunctioned and requires machining of parts.

The machining is scheduled for Monday and we are not sure it will be finish on that day as most offices are close tomorrow and during the holidays.

With this, we will implement the scheduled operations by phase starting tomorrow, December 22, 2024:

📌 Phase 1 Consumers:
(Zone-1,2,5,6,7,8,10 Bagsakan and Kolambog area)
03:00 AM to 12:00 NN

📌 Phase 2 Consumers:
(Zone-3,4,8(SDA side),9,11,12)
12:00 NN to 08:00 PM
