The NBA says Paolo Banchero didn’t foul LeBron James on his last second layup attempt.

Also, the out of bounds called on Paolo Banchero was the correct call.

According to the NBA, the Replay Center was able to confirm that the ball touched both players, but there was no clear and conclusive evidence that the last point of contact was to James, and therefore the call stood.
