CXBL SEASON 3 – GAME RECAP
A toe-to-toe battle from start to finish saw ONE ESA escape Smart Enterprise, 83-79, securing another hard-fought victory and improving their record to 4-2.
It was a battle between two elite scorers as Jhomari Garcia of ONE ESA erupted for 32 big points, while Smart Enterprise’s Rhoden Castillo exploded for a monster 37-point performance in an exciting scoring duel.
Garcia was locked in from the opening tip, delivering a dominant all-around performance of 32 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 blocks. His relentless effort on both ends of the floor was unmatched, doing everything necessary to lead ONE ESA to another crucial victory.
Despite the loss, Smart Enterprise battled until the final buzzer behind Castillo’s incredible 37 points, including three triples that helped keep his team within striking distance. However, a late-game collapse combined with the absence of their key big man proved costly in the closing stretch.
With the victory, ONE ESA improves to 4-2, while Smart Enterprise falls to 2-3 after another tightly contested battle.
