Huge congratulations to our amazing DAAES Taekwondo Team for an incredible showing at the Intercruzaders Culminating Event last June 28, 2026, at Main Square Bacoor, Cavite!

We are so incredibly proud of all our young athletes who gave their absolute best and dominated their respective categories. Your hard work, discipline, and passion truly shined on the mats!

A massive THANK YOU to our wonderful parents! Your unwavering support, endless patience, and cheers from the sidelines made this event a resounding success. We couldn't do this without our amazing DAAES family!

Today’s Taekwondo session wasn't just about perfect kicks; it was about what happens when we miss. They stumbled, they dropped their balance, and they got right back up.

We are teaching them that "failing" isn't a defeat, it's just the fastest way to figure out how to get it right.

Today’s Daaes Taekwondo session was all about building stamina and core strength—disguised as high-energy games!

​We traded standard drills for fast-paced challenges that kept everyone laughing while working up a massive sweat. The competition was fierce, but the teamwork was even stronger. By turning the hardest workouts into a blast, our students didn't just push their physical limits—they grew even closer as a family.
