🔥No documents, no play
🔥Flying substitutions (in/out)
🔥Players can only play in one division
🔥Back-pass not allowed
🔥Girls may play one (1) year above their age group
🔥Shinguards required — No shinguard, No play
🔥After elimination round, NO more protests
🔥Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
🔥Players registered in the current Philippines Football League (PFL), the Copa Paulino Alcantara 2025/2026, the Men's and Women's National Team or any league similar are not eligible to play in the World Changers Cup.

🚫 Fielding ineligible players = automatic forfeiture of all matches.

What an unforgettable weekend of football at the Lipa City Mayor’s Cup 2025! ⚽🏆
Hundreds of players, coaches, and families came together to celebrate the beautiful game and showcase the passion of Batangueños for grassroots football.

🔥 From intense matches to powerful goals and inspiring teamwork, every moment was filled with energy, discipline, and sportsmanship.

A huge thank you to Mayor Eric B. Africa and the Lipa City Government for making this historic first season possible. 🙌

On Day One of the Lipa City Mayor’s Cup Season 1 (August 16, 2025), our team of officiating referees ensured discipline, order, and true sportsmanship on the pitch. Their commitment and sharp decision-making allowed every player to compete in an environment of fairness and respect.

A huge salute to our referees – the unsung heroes of football tournaments! Without them, the beautiful game would not shine as bright.

What a thrilling start to the Men’s division!
From the opening whistle, the pitch was filled with energy, skill, and passion as our men’s teams battled it out for victory. Each game showcased grit, teamwork, and the hunger to be crowned champions of the first-ever Mayor’s Cup in Lipa City.

Hats off to all the players who gave their best on the field and to the coaches, fans, and supporters who made Day One unforgettable. Truly, grassroots football in Batangas is alive and thriving!
