Welcome to the New Season of MyFitLife!

Hello friends! After many years, I’m reviving this page with a deeper mission — birthed from real life, love for my parents, and the desire to help others live longer, healthier, and more peaceful lives.

Just recently, my dad was hospitalized due to gallstones. Surgery wasn’t possible because of his heart condition. We went through a week of hospital bills, daily monitoring, food struggles, and the difficulty of finding a trusted caregiver. But God is faithful — He restored my dad without surgery. And He also awakened in me a calling.

I realized:
Health is the greatest gift we can give ourselves — not just for us, but for our loved ones.

So here in MyFitLife, I will be sharing:

As a physical therapy graduate and certified fitness nutrition specialist, and now someone learning naturopathy and real-life care — I want this page to become a safe, helpful, and God-honoring space for you and your family.

Why Quinoa better than Rice?
* Rice is a cereal grain. White rice has the husk, bran, and germ removed, which lowers its nutritional value. Brown rice only has the husk removed, so it retains fiber and germ which contain vital nutrients.
Quinoa, on the other hand, is the seed of the goosefoot plant. Because it is prepared and eaten much like a grain, people often substitute quinoa for rice in their diets.
* Protein Content - Quinoa has 8 g. per cup compared to white and brown with only 4g. per cup.
