The Sebastinian Psychology Society, together with with the Sebastinian Peer Facilitator Organization, led the Sebastinian community in the Light-Up Blue for Mental Health campaign on October 14, 2026, in line with this yearโ€™s World Mental Health Day theme, โ€œLived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.โ€

The campaign offers a gentle reminder to anyone feeling alone that they are seen, valued, and not alone. Blue symbolizes hope and support, and wearing it shows that no one should have to face their struggles alone. Letโ€™s continue breaking the stigma, leading with empathy, encouraging meaningful conversations, inspiring communities, and creating safe spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.โœจ๐Ÿ’™

๐ŸŒฟ โ€œEvery Mind Has a Story. Every Story Deserves to Be Heard.โ€ ๐ŸŒฟ

Today, we are reminded that mental health is just as important as physical health. Behind every smile is a person with their own thoughts, feelings, and struggles, and sometimes, what someone needs most is not advice, but a safe space to be heard and understood.

Let this day be a reminder to choose kindness over judgment, empathy over assumptions, and understanding over stigma. Remember that it is okay to pause, to rest, and to ask for help when things become overwhelming. You donโ€™t have to have everything figured out to deserve care and compassion. ๐Ÿฉต
