The last time I have ever taught Sunday classes were in 2005-2007, at greenhils. But these were really exceptional since they had a haloween vibe on it. We were all in awe when we entered the studio. This was last night, a real challenge since I do not have a bike, and seems like I am going to sing for them😉 This place conveys the meaning of being cozy. There is some truth in the saying that you have to find where your worth is important. And this is definitely one of them.
Sharing existence with fellow instructors is always a competition but it could also be source of growth and learning.
I guess, a healthy a contest is shady nowadays since skill is likely to be rated less.
Nevertheless, I have these pips.

In my 2 decades of spinning, I only had two particular studios where unbiased audition was held. And this facility is one of them. I would go the distance just to show what I can deliver. I know that when I play my music everything will follow.
Thank you for giving me the chance to show what I can do.
And most of all thank you guys for appreciating the skill that I have honed all thru these years.
My attendees are my motivation. Prost!🥂

Eversince I decided to leave the big gym. I was able to hone my cycling program better. Looking forward to new crowds with different fitness level, developed my ability to observe and react, encouraging the crowd to participate. This skill has helped me draw people to become a bigger group and at a certain point, a community.
My first back to back class at this facility, unplanned and unexpected, too many people at a limited number of bikes.

It is really motivating when you have a full class. Having four hours of sleep is negligible compared to the high that the class presents.
