Angat Manggahan expresses its deep concern regarding the circulation of alleged threats involving weapons related to Manggahan High School. We urge the school administration, law enforcement agencies, and all concerned authorities to immediately verify the information and take all necessary preventive measures to ensure the safety of everyone on campus.
If these circulating posts are found to be genuine, we call for swift and appropriate action against those responsible. However, if they turn out to be nothing more than a prank or a malicious joke, we strongly condemn such acts. False threats are never harmlessβthey create fear, anxiety, panic, disrupt classes, waste emergency resources, and put the entire community under unnecessary distress. There is nothing funny about making people fear for their lives.
We also encourage everyone to remain calm, avoid spreading unverified information, and immediately report any credible threats to the proper authorities. Responsible vigilance and cooperation are essential in protecting our schools.
