I am in my 50s and my focus is on FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS! Why functional movements? Because it is based on REAL-WORLD SITUATIONAL BIOMECHANICS simply saying, training/exercising and doing movements that we do daily, consciously and unconsciously so that when we move, we move with proper muscle and joint effortlessly, pain free and with ease! It builds muscles, tones, reduces risk of injuries and many more! You only need few equipment, what is available in our homes or nothing at all, just body weight!
