​The chess tryouts for Basic Education students will take place on July 18, 2026, on the fourth floor of the Padre Pio building at the LCUP Main Campus, commencing promptly at 8:00 AM. Punctuality is strictly enforced; late arrival will void your attendance. Due to limited resources, all participants must bring their own chess set and pre-install a chess clock application on their mobile device. Additionally, please ensure you bring your signed parental consent form, as it is a mandatory requirement for participation.

Ito ay sa pagkamit niya ng Rank 21 mula sa 91 na mahuhusay na kalahok sa 2026 NCFP National Age Group Championships – 16 and Under Category na ginanap noong Hunyo 3–7, 2026 sa Olongapo City.
