Meet Coach TJ, our energetic Sprint Specialist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, dedicated to helping athletes unlock their speed, power, and full athletic potential. With a passion for developing champions, he believes that success comes from discipline, consistency, and a relentless desire to improve every single day.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences, Major in Fitness and Sports Coaching, Coach TJ specializes in sprint development, strength training, athletic performance, and youth coaching. He also serves as a Gym Instructor, Technical Official, and Elementary Coach, inspiring athletes of all ages to build confidence, resilience, and a winning mindset.

Michael Borja

Meet Coach Borja, our dedicated Long Distance Specialist, whose passion for endurance running inspires athletes to push beyond their limits. He believes that every kilometer, every workout, and every challenge builds not only stronger runners but stronger individuals.

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences, Major in Fitness and Sports Coaching, Coach Borja specializes in long-distance training, race strategy, and athlete development. Beyond the track, he also serves as a Technical Official, Swimming Instructor, and Fun Run Organizer, helping promote fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship within the community.

Michael Arcenal

A coach, mentor, athlete developer, and lifelong learner—Coach Michael is one of the coaches behind Bulacan Tracksters Athletics Club (BTRAC), committed to helping athletes discover their potential and turn it into performance.

As a Coach , Coach Michael specializes in Athletics and Throwing Events, while also bringing experience in Strength & Conditioning, Technical Officiating, Swimming Instruction, Badminton Training, Event Organization, Content Creation, and Sports Speaking.

More than training athletes, his goal is to build discipline, develop confidence, and create an environment where every athlete has the opportunity to grow and compete at their best.

A National SCUAA Champion 2023 and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences, Major in Fitness and Sports Coaching, she combines competitive experience with professional knowledge to guide athletes toward success. Beyond coaching, she also serves as a Technical Official, Swimming Instructor, Fun Run Organizer, and Content Creator, continuously promoting fitness and an active lifestyle in the community.

Behind every strong athlete is a coach who believes in their potential. Meet Coach Mariane, a BPED Graduate and one of the dedicated coaches of Bulacan Tracksters Athletics Club (BTRAC).

With experience in athletics, walkathon and middle & long-distance events, swimming, event organization, officiating, and athlete development, Coach Mariane brings passion, discipline, and commitment to every training session.

She is also involved in JD Training Performance , Bulacan Masters Heroes Day Run 2026 Organization, and sports content creation helping promote an active and healthy community both on and off the track.

Her mission is simple: to help athletes discover their potential, build confidence, and become better versions of themselves.
