Celebrating Talent and Fitness: MAPEH Culminating Activity 2026
Congratulations to the MAPEH Department and all the talented learners of Buenavista Integrated National High School for a spectacular Culminating Activity held on March 23, 2026!
The event was a vibrant display of rhythm, teamwork, and school spirit.
Led by the MAPEH Coordinator, Sir Isen Hower S. Catabian, along with the MAPEH Club Officers, the day was filled with high-energy performances that showcased the physical and artistic skills of the BINHS students.
The court came alive as different grade levels battled it out with precision and passion:
✨Grade 9 Zumba Dance Contest:
Under the guidance of Sir Isen Catabian, the Grade 9 learners energized the crowd with their synchronized movements and fitness-inspired routines.
🏆Champion: Grade 9 – Charity took home the top spot for their infectious energy and flawless ex*****on.
✨Grade 10 Cheerdance Competition:
Supervised by Sir Simfroso Meriado, the Grade 10 students wowed the judges with their stunts, transitions, and school pride.
🏆Champion: Grade 10 – Resilience emerged victorious, demonstrating exceptional talent and powerful choreography.
Adding more heart to the program, the Grade 8 learners under Maam Shaila Arellano graced the stage with special numbers that added variety and grace to the festivities:

Events like these are more than just competitions; they are a testament to the hard work of the teachers and the discipline of the students. A huge salute to the MAPEH Department for fostering a culture of health and excellence at BINHS!
