It’s been a while since I trained DNF, so I didn’t expect much today.

Sometimes, the body remembers more than the mind gives it credit for.

Almost There.

This W2i certification isn’t just a checkbox — it’s a reminder of the season we paused for each other.⁠
⁠
Ivo stepped away from the ocean for almost a year — to be by my side during pregnancy, to welcome our son, to choose presence over progress.⁠
⁠
And now, slowly but surely, we’re back in the water.⁠
⁠
With deeper lungs. A deeper bond. And a deeper purpose.⁠

Thank You, Lord, for giving us the strength to keep going.

They just finished their first open water session and grabe, the smiles said it all.

From quiet and a bit nervous sa briefing, to chill and confident habang naka float sa buoy.

Sarap panoorin when students realize kaya pala nila.

No pressure, no rush.. just slow breaths, good company, and that feeling of “I did it.”

Moments like these remind us why we love sharing the ocean 💙
