Due to the increasing demand for our Open Play sessions, we are implementing a Payment First Policy to help us manage slots more efficiently and provide a smoother, fairer, and more organized experience for everyone.
These guidelines are designed to be fair to our players and fair to our management, while ensuring that every available slot is properly accounted for.

1. Join the Open Play through Reclub.
2. Choose your preferred Open Play date.
3. Settle the Open Play fee.
4. Once your payment has been verified, your slot will be officially secured.

Advance payment is highly encouraged and will be prioritized.
Cash payment may still be accepted on-site, but players who have already paid and secured their slots will be prioritized over those who choose to pay upon arrival.
This helps prevent situations where a slot is being held without payment while another player who is ready to play is unable to join.

If the Open Play is already full, please do not proceed with payment unless you are willing to be waitlisted.
If you choose to pay while waitlisted, you may wait for an opportunity to play if:
β’ An accepted player cancels or backs out; or
β’ An accepted player does not show up; or
β’ An accepted player finishes and leaves, creating an available slot.
If the Open Play starts and you remain waitlisted without a slot becoming available, your payment will be refunded immediately, or you may choose to use it as credit for your next Open Play.

If the Open Play is already full, please do not make a payment unless you are willing to be placed on the waitlist.
