Today, we remember and honor the life of ATTY. FELIXBERTO C. BOLANDO on what would have been his birthday 🕊️

As the Founder of the Liloy Marathon Team and former Municipal Mayor of Liloy, he left behind a legacy that continues to live on in our community. His leadership was never just about titles or positions—it was about genuine care for people, service from the heart, and a vision that brought others together.

Many of us still feel his influence every time the community comes together, every time we run with purpose, and every time we are reminded to serve with dedication and humility.

Though he is no longer with us, his presence is deeply felt in the values he shared and the lives he shaped. He will always be remembered with gratitude, respect, and love.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mayor. You are missed, but your legacy continues to guide us. 🕊️
