In 2016, Jonathan was tapped to establish a nonprofit taking charge of developing service programs, membership development, engaging community leaders and private sector stakeholders. He has pitched partnerships and fundraising with the community to drive support to the nonprofit. Since then, the non-profit is now an established and multi-partnered member of the community recognized not just in programs but having mutual projects and contracts with public and private sector partners. In the same year of 2016, Jonathan was a sales manager in the insurance industry. He covered areas such as personal development, handling rejection, setting appointments, creating and discussion proposals and collaborating with potential partners for generating new clients. In 2022, Jonathan supported the team's transition to converting most processes into the virtual setup. The insurance industry is known to be one of the most difficult industries to be in due to the nature of insurance as a product naturally disliked by Filipino Culture. In 2017, Jonathan was tapped to establish a business outsourcing firm. He served as marketing and investor relations leader. By 2019, as a strong advocate of learning, he discovered the field of Coaching. He has been curious about discovering methodologies in helping friends and colleagues learn and grow better. Jonathan became a Certified Life Coach in March 2019 with a second Certification in April 2021. Today, Jonathan offers both free and paid coaching classes, content and sessions focusing in the areas of Team Development, Sustainable Productivity, Growth and Wellbeing. He is channeling all his significant exposure in various teams from various fields to empathize with the struggles of entities undergoing his past journey.
