NOTICE TO ALL GUEST PLAYERS ๐ข๐ฃ
The Lazi Pickleball Club (LPC) warmly welcomes guest players who wish to enjoy and experience the sport with us.
Effective immediately, guest players will be accommodated only on the following schedule:
๐Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
๐6:00 PM โ 10:00 PM
To ensure adequate court availability and prevent overcrowding, the club will accommodate a maximum of twelve (12) guest players per playing session.
GUEST PLAYER GUIDELINES:
1. Secure prior approval from the club before joining.
2. Be included in the official guest list, with slots confirmed on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
3. The use of the court is FREE. However, each guest player shall pay a โฑ20.00 Ball & Net Fee per playing session to help cover the use, maintenance, and replacement of the club's balls and nets.
Guest players may either:
I. Join the club's stacking system and play with LPC members; or
II. Use one (1) designated court exclusively for their own group, subject to court availability.
III. Coaching, Clinic & Drills
Guest players who wish to learn or improve their skills may request a clinic, drill session, or coaching from an LPC member, subject to the member's availability.
IV. Any service or talent fee shall be mutually agreed upon between the guest player(s) and the coach. Such arrangements are private and are not collected or managed by the Lazi Pickleball Club (LPC).
HOUSE RULES:
1. Practice the "Clean As You Go" policy. Please bring home and properly dispose of your own trash after every playing session.
2. Tables and chairs may be used; however, please return them to their proper place before leaving the facility.
3. Show courtesy and respect to all players and follow the instructions of LPC members at all times.
4. Keep conversations, cheering, and music at a reasonable volume to avoid disrupting ongoing games.
5. Observe proper sportsmanship at all times. Avoid disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disrespectful challenges toward other players.
6. Help maintain a friendly, safe, and enjoyable environment by respecting fellow players, club members, and the facility.
Important Reminders:
*Guest players will not be accommodated on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
*The playing schedule is subject to change should the LGU require the facility for official functions, government programs, tournaments, or other priority activities.
*The Lazi Pickleball Club (LPC) is the organization officially authorized by the LGU to use the facility during the above schedule. We respectfully ask everyone to honor the club's designated playing hours and comply with these guidelines.
*Failure to comply with these policies and house rules may result in the suspension or revocation of guest privileges, including the denial of future playing slots, at the discretion of the Lazi Pickleball Club (LPC).
*The Lazi Pickleball Club (LPC) reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these guidelines whenever necessary to ensure the safe, orderly, fair, and enjoyable use of the facility for everyone.
