"𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈, 𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐈, 𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐈"

The IFSU Mens Football Team saw, came and conquered the Mens Open Category in the recently concluded SPORTOFISTA CUP 2024 held at Cauayan City, Isabela from December 27-29, 2024.

Throughout the tournament, the team was pitted against some of the best football teams from the Aurora, Isabela and Cagayan regions. As one of the representatives from Ifugao, the IFSU Football Team promised to deliver, and deliver they did. With grit and sheer determination they ended the tournament undefeated and with the best defensive record with no goals conceded en route to a championship finish.

Lasly, the IFSU Mens Football Team would like also to extend their gratitude to our ever supportive IFSU DSD Director, Ma'am Karen Malingan-Cumti and to Sir Patricio Bumidang Jr. and Sir Freddieson Bayangan, who are both former IFSU football players, for providing for the teams transportation. We couldn’t do this without you, and we are truly grateful for your continued support. 🏆

The IFSU Football and Futsal team headed by coaches Jericho Clint Bumidang and Joker Narciso, participated in the recently concluded Baguio Futsal and Football Cup 2024 held at Athletic Bowl, Baguio City from December 14-15. To the players and everyone who attended, contributed, and cheered us on—we cannot thank you enough. Your unwavering support, generosity, and enthusiasm made this event truly unforgettable.

Special thanks to the IFSU Department for Sports Development headed by Ma'am Karen Malingan-Cumti and the USSG Main Campus Governor Mr. Rickyziah Duladul Tid-ong for going above and beyond to make this achievement possible. Furthermore, we would like to extend our gratitude to all individuals and supporters who sacrificed and provided financial and material help that made our journey possible. 💙
