LOOK🚨 II IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES AND REMINDERS🚨
Please take note of the following important information for all participants:
Note: If a category does not reach a minimum of 16 entries, the prizes may be adjusted accordingly.
📍 Elimination Round
All pairs will be placed in brackets.
Scoring format: 1–31, no slide.
Top 2 pairs from each bracket advance to the Qualifying Round.
Rankings will be determined based on total winning score
In the event of a tie, the highest losing score will determine who advances. For triple ties, a points system will be applied under the Match Control’s assessment.
A draw lots will be conducted to determine match pairings.
Crossover format between Rank 1 and Rank 2 pairs will be applied.
2 shuttles are allotted per game.
📍 Quarterfinals
Scoring format: 1–31, no slide.
2 shuttles are allotted per game.
📍 Semifinals
Scoring format: 1–31, no slide.
Winning teams will advance to the Championship Round.
2 shuttles are allotted per game.
📍 Championship
Scoring format: 1–31, with slide.
2 shuttles are allotted per game.
📍 Default Time
Players must report to the court within 3 minutes of match announcement.
After the initial 3 minutes, a final 5-minute grace period will be given before the player/team is declared disqualified for that match.
📍 Player Responsibilities
All players must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled category.
It is the player's responsibility to check the game schedule and consult only the Match Control for any clarification.
📍 Code of Conduct
The use of foul or offensive language toward opponents or officials is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
📍 Injury Policy
Injured players are allowed up to 10 minutes for medical attention.
Beyond 10 minutes, the player will be declared unfit to continue, and the match will be awarded to the opponent.
📍 Indemnity Clause
The Organizing Committee and its officials will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps that may occur during the tournament.
📍 Protests and Appeals
All accepted entries will be posted on the tournament's official page prior to the event.
Any protests or appeals must be raised immediately upon posting and addressed to the Leveling and Organizing Committee.
Once deliberation is complete, the committee’s decision is final.
No appeals will be entertained on the final day of the tournament.
Any player found guilty of sandbagging during the event will be disqualified without refund and referred to the next higher level category.
📍 Implied Consent
Failure to contest these rules before the tournament begins shall be considered automatic acceptance.
Once matches begin, all players are bound by these rules and guidelines for the entire duration of the tournament.
