Akala mo mas madalas at mas matagal na workout = mas mabilis na progress? Mali.
Habang nagwo-workout ka, napapagod at na s-stress ang muscles mo… pero habang nagpapahinga ka, doon sila nagre-recover at mas lumalakas. Kaya tandaan mo: hindi puro workout ang kailangan para mag-grow — kailangan mo rin ng tamang recovery, kain, at tulog.
