HISTORY MADE: ISU Jones produces First BLEPT Topnotcher

The Isabela State University โ€“ Jones Campus proudly celebrates a historic milestone as Jane Ruth Ilayat Fernandez secured Top 7 in the recently concluded Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT)- Elementary, marking the first time the campus has produced a board topnotcher in the BLEPT.

This remarkable achievement brings pride and honor not only to the campus but also to the entire ISU community.

As CaVRASUC 2026 comes to a close, here is a message of gratitude from Dr. Boyet L. Batang (University President, Isabela State University and RASUC Chair, Region 02):

On behalf of the leadership of Isabela State University (ISU), I extend my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the entire ISU delegation โ€“ our student-athletes, socio-cultural performers, coaches, trainers, mentors, and support staff, for your remarkable dedication, discipline, and commitment in representing our University during the CaVRASUC 2026. Your efforts, perseverance, and performance have brought pride and honor to the ISU community.

Beyond the medals and recognitions, your teamwork, sportsmanship, creativity, and passion truly embody the values of excellence and integrity that our University upholds. We are deeply grateful for the time, effort, and sacrifices you have invested in carrying the banner of ISU with dignity and pride throughout the competition.

I also extend my appreciation to our fellow State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Cagayan Valley Region for their enthusiastic participation and continued support in making CaVRASUC a meaningful celebration of talent, culture, and camaraderie among our institutions.
