🎉 CAMPUS HINAMPANG 2025 | DAY 1 HIGHLIGHTS 🎉

The much-awaited Campus Hinampang 2025 officially kicked off today, October 22, 2025, at West Visayas State University – Janiuay Campus! With the theme “Strengthening Bonds, Building Champions,” the event began with a vibrant parade, showcasing the unity and spirit of each group, followed by the opening program filled with inspiring messages, dynamic performances, and the symbolic Lighting of the Urn of Charity and Peace.

Students, faculty, and staff came together to celebrate sportsmanship, camaraderie, and WVSU pride. This year’s Hinampang marks another milestone in promoting teamwork, friendship, and holistic student development through sports and culture.

The wait is over!

It’s time once again to ignite the flame of unity and sportsmanship at CAMPUS HINAMPANG 2025!

Happening this afternoon, the official opening program will kick off the much-awaited three-day celebration of strength, skill, and camaraderie!

From October 22–24, 2025, the WVSU-Janiuay Campus Grandstand A will come alive with energy and excitement as the four groups, Grupo Uno, Grupo Dos, Team Tres, and Team Kwatro, battle it out in basketball, volleyball, badminton, e-games, dancesport, and more!

In relation to the celebration of Campus Hinampang, the opening parade will start at the Municipal Plaza, to be led by the Campus AFROTC. The starting point is in front of St. Julian Academy, followed by Grupo Uno (Team Peñaflor), Grupo Dos (Team Larupay), Grupo Tres (Team Cabardo), and Grupo Kwatro (Team Armada).

Each grupo will be headed by the muse and es**rt carrying the school banner, followed by 30 selected dancers, athletes, students, and finally, the WVSU workforce.

All athletes are advised to wear their athletic attire, while regular students should wear their identity shirt or any shade of blue similar to its color.

For the efficient and orderly flow of the parade, each grupo is requested to form 10 columns.

Students and athletes under the school management of these four heads are automatically part of their respective groups.
