LIFTED THE ENTIRE LPU COMMUNITY! 🏋️‍♂️🏋️

You could definitely feel the strength of these two powerlifters!💪

Kliaris Merson Fabros and Carlo Augusto II Doma finished Gold and Bronze, respectively, in the Men's College 74kg Division at the National Interschool and Novice Classic 2026.

Congratulations, Pirates! 🎉🥳👏

Fabros, representing the College of Culinary Arts, dominated the platform with an impressive 195 kg Squat, followed by a solid 110 kg Bench Press, and capped his performance with a massive 230 kg Deadlift, a total of 535 kg securing the Gold Medal and showing his total lifting prowess.

Meanwhile, representing the College of International Tourism, Doma with a total of 480 kg showed remarkable consistency and technical control, posting a 165 kg Squat, 105 kg Bench Press, and a powerful 210 kg Deadlift, earning him a well-deserved Bronze.
Their combined total lifts demonstrated not just raw strength, but discipline, focus, and mastery of the barbell. Well done, National Champs!✊

The Lady Pirates fought hard but couldn’t overcome the Letran Knights, falling with a set score of 3-0. Even with the loss, LPU showed unwavering determination and heart throughout the game.
