Organized by the LGU of Carles together with Iloilo Dragons Dragon Boat Club Inc., this will feature a spectacular exhibition race showcasing 4 dragon boats! Watch as teams display their strength and synchronization in a thrilling water show.

- Pre-event activities: Community workshop and water testing on July 3
