After a month-long preparation, the MMSU Debate Society produced its first-ever international champions at the UHAMKA Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah International Competition (MAIN) in Jakarta, Indonesia, last August 4โ€“7.

Two teams, composed of six BS Psychology students, competed in the Psy-Debate category. Team 1, composed of Samuel Bermudez, Nicole Puod, and Von Pablo, emerged as Grand Champions.
