“Grassroots”
-The Creation- "IMCC RHINO's Foundation" Each Individual's contributed for creating a Football Team in IMCC. **To our Beloved principal Mam Ruthmay & admin Sir Anthony Picardal who always support in every tournament we played. *GDO Coach El-el Lausa who created/supervised every school have grassroots football players. *Faculty-Mam Zoe & Mam Charisse supported & guided the players esp their grades & character. In 2014,Mam Zoe left IMCC & became Dep Ed Faculty.Mam Chatty were incharge until now.
2nd Batch of players- *2013-composed mostly 7-8 years old *2014-Captured 2nd Champion award in the Tournament in U12 Category(mixed w U10 players)
"The Coach" Romel "Matet" Lausa were in charge of the team, & i was the assistant, in charge some of the Drills,Conditioning & Goalkeeping.Coach Matet Left in Mid 2013,He became Dep Ed Faculty . I decided to quit as a Referee in order to Focus the grassroots players in IMCC.
"1st & 2nd out of Town " -Baroy Cup 2014- Composed of players from 8-11 yrs old.Category submitted 12 U. Almost made it to the finals (2-1)but we still able to manage,bringing 2nd runner up trophy by beating strong Lanao Team in P.S.O. -Araw ng Lanao 2014- Finally Got another Bonus Winning in 10 u Champion (A) 2nd runner up (B).
